Falcon Airspace Educational Edition
At events and at Skills Hub Al Dhafra
- Every mode included
- A crash ends the flight with a short lesson card
- Safe-flying tips on every loading screen
PC · Mac · Windows handhelds · 1–4 players
Fly fixed-wing drones through ring courses in the Liwa dunes, the streets of Dubai and the mountain road up Jebel Hafeet. Then take the missions: stop a hostile drone, water a farm in time, carry passengers smoothly enough for five stars.
Origin · Skills Hub Al Dhafra
Falcon Airspace started at Skills Hub Al Dhafra, ACTVET, as a teaching tool for drone operations. The students there are building a drone of their own. Until it is cleared to fly, the simulator lets them keep learning and exploring: stick and throttle, airspace awareness, and the habits of a safe pilot.
The game is also the lesson. Students practise software development, game development and applied AI in software engineering on a real project, and see their work fly on screen.
Drone build: waiting for flight clearance
Fixed-wing and multirotor flight, with a gamepad or a real RC transmitter.
A C++ game in Unreal Engine: flight model, maps, missions, menus, networking.
AI coding assistants used as part of the engineering workflow, reviewed by people.
Developed at Skills Hub Al Dhafra by ACTVET · Expert Marcos Ortolani
Game modes
Every course and every mission has 10 levels. A level opens once the one before it is won.
A hostile drone is inbound. Read the radar, pick an air base, take off and stop it before it strikes.
Strike the target with three jets and their interceptors on your tail.
From the cockpit of a fighter jet, down the drone swarm before it reaches the target.
A spray drone, a field of crops and the clock. Water it all in time.
A burger drone: deliver it hot, intact and on time.
Pick up passengers, fly smooth, land soft and get five stars.
A camera drone at the Al Ain camel race. Keep the leader in frame.
